Find what you like. You’re more likely to stick to a workout program if you enjoy what you are doing. From walking to jump rope, just get moving.
I enjoy Beachbody on demand but Daily Burn, among others, are great as well.
Does anyone know if you can download any of their videos? My internet is terrible for streaming.
You can download 7 workouts at a time but only through the app.
If anyone has a question about any of the programs, I would be happy to answer them! I am not kidding when I say that Beachbody has changed my life!
I found a group of women who constantly push me to be the best version of myself and I’ve found workouts I enjoy!

I’m glad everyone has had a good experience with Beachbody on Demand. It wasn’t the case with me. I signed up for the trial and the next day, tried to sign in. They bypassed the trial and said I had to sign up. I was going to anyway. No biggie. The problem was I worked so much, I didn’t have time to ever utilize it. I forgot about it until one day, I received notification they had withdrawn money from the bank. Curious, I went to my account and saw they were charging me the monthly fee every week and had been doing it for months. I called customer service and they didn’t want to refund all of my money. I had to threaten them with a lawsuit. They refunded all my money. Buyer beware.
That’s odd. They don’t even have a monthly option. It’s either charger every 3 months, 6 months or annually. Makes me wonder if maybe it wasn’t Beachbody? And I have been with them for over 3 years and have had billing issues or shipments delayed and they always fixed the error in my favor. Some of the best customer service I have come across. Sorry if you had issues with them. That is definitely not the norm.
Well, if anything is going to be odd, chances are, it’s going to happen to me. 🙂
