I have not tried these, but I have had ear seeds done by my acupuncturist. When they are in place, I sleep like a baby! It is really amazing.

My sister had an allergic reaction to some ear seeds done by an acupuncturist a few years ago. It left little tiny sores where all of the seeds were placed. We have very sensitive skin, so it may not occur for a lot of people, but if you are questioning it, it may be worth doing a test patch first.
