I purchased this jacket during H2S BF deals/posts. The jacket was too small for my daughter. I followed instructions per 32Degrees website to return the jacket. The email which was to include the shipping label never came. You can’t get a live person on the ph. My messages went returned. I emailed several times. After almost 1 mo I finally threatened to call my CC company and report my issues to H2S. Within minutes I was emailed a return shipping label. Don’t order unless you plan on keeping because their return process is seriously lacking! And this jacket is not of good quality!
The faux fur jackets look exactly the same as the one from Kohl’s Black Friday sale (they don’t carry them year around.) Same price as BF too. These are the warmest fleece jackets I’ve found. I bought one last year and bought a couple more this year, as my husband keeps turning the heater down to 66.
