I was wondering the same thing.
I asked my friend who works at Ulta and she said they can only accept coupons with a barcode.
They wouldn’t let me.
It looks like it only works on one product. When I tried adding shampoo and conditioner, it only took $10 off
It’s a nice discount, but by the time they add the $5.95 shipping and the tax you might as well just go in the store and get it because you pretty much end up paying $15.99 for it and at least you’ll have it right then and not have to wait for it to be shipped. Unless you plan on stocking up on other things to qualify for free shipping.

How do you know if a store offers in-store pick up?
The $10 off Sebastian coupon also applies to Sebastian travel size items which are all on sale for $3 instead of regular price $7. If u buy 4 travel size items and have free in store pick up u can spend only $2. I wish I had free in store pick up but it doesn’t say at checkout so I assume none of my stores offer it. Love Sebastian items. The only brand I use on my hair!
