    Before I sign up, do I need to choose if I want to stream it on our smart tv? I don’t want it on my laptop or phone. Thanks

      Hi Riss! No, you don’t have to opt for a particular stream. You’ll be able to watch it on your laptop, smart TV, phone – wherever! You’ll just need to sign in on each device after you’ve activated your subscription. Hope that helps!

        Thanks, Liza. I was able to get the $1 a month. But also got a separate free trial on Amazon prime video by mistake. I thought it was under the same account 🙄. I’ll cancel the one with Amazon and figure out how to sign in on our tv.

          Am I understanding this correctly. You need to use a desktop to sign up for this & not a mobile device. Plus, it’s better to use a cc then to use Pay Pal for this to work.

    how does this work when wanting another family member to use also that doesn’t live in same household is that allowed with this i know netflix is more ok with it but is starz ?

      Yes they just log in with ur email and pass word. Easy peasy.

    Signed up last night on my phone and it wouldn’t let me cancel on the app or website via phone. Just completed the cancellation on the website on a computer and recieved the offer! What a deal, there are quite a few shows I love from Starz and only get to watch during free preview weekends, I’m so excited!! Thanks!

      Hmm, here is how it worked for us –
      “Go to settings, then select Subscription, then select Cancel Subscription (when it asked why, we chose ‘it’s too expensive’)
      You should receive an offer for $1 per month for 6 months”

        Just worked for me. Signed up for the 7 day free trial with 3 months for $5 a month. Using desktop and credit card. Immediately went to account, clicked on subscription, cancel, too expensive. Got the offer for $1 a month for 6 months. Excited to catch this season of Outlander!!!!

      Oh darn! Were you using a mobile device? It seems most readers had success when using a desktop or switching to desktop view. Hoping that helps!

      Melissa same here. And I did it through a laptop. Mobile doesn’t let you cancel.

      I signed up my husband on my laptop. I used a credit card instead of paypal and that made the difference for me. Not sure why. Paypal was my issue apparently.

    I WAS receiving emails with program suggestions from kate from Starz, so I emailed her and she said she was unable to cancel, that I had to cancel through the agency i subscribed through. So that would be Hip2Save?? Tell me who to contact. My week is up tonight! thanks

      Darn! Here are the details on cancelling –
      “From a Computer 1. Head to 2. Select ‘HAVE STARZ.’ 3. Select ‘STARZ Streaming.’ 4. Enter your email address and password. 5. Select ‘LOG IN.’ 6. Now choose the gear icon in the upper right side of the website. 7. Select ‘Subscription.’ 8. Select ‘CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.’ 9. Follow the directions for canceling your account. If you have any problems, please reach out to us at or 855.247.9175″
