Hey Laura! Yes, you can cancel immediately. It will show the $1 for 6-months offer before you actually cancel and then won’t charge you until your 7-day trial has ended.

And I saw a pop up ad on Facebook for $5/month for 3 months along with a $20 target gift card. I accidentally cancelled out of the wrong screen so Iām afraid I may have messed that up, but itās out there!
I saw the same offer this morning too! I got caught up un reading some other posts so when I scrolled back in my feed to click on the post I couldn’t find it. I waited patiently and not long afterwards the offer appeared in my feed again! I clicked thru properly, following all of the prompts, but in the end my confirmation email did not include the $20 Target GC offer details! Just got off the phone with Starz Customer Service and the person I spoke with said that they are unaware of the Target GC offer but that it might be something new that hasn’t been communicated to CS reps yet. I was given a Trouble Ticket # & my issue will be escalated. Just fyi! Will post here if & when this “mystery” is resolved.

Iām having the same problemālogged in on app but when go to settings, tells me to go to stars.com which I cant open without going thru appā how do you go to desktop view on iPhoneāthanx
If youāre on an iPhone hold down the little refresh button in the url bar (the circle with an arrow) it will bring a pop up the request a desktop site. Then login and go to subscription to cancel.

I was able to sign up on my iPad but canāt cancel on my iPad so Iām trying my laptop for that. So far itās a no go. Iāll keep trying. If not I can call and cancel but I want the offer and Iām not sure theyāll offer it to me over phone.

Hi – how do u know that the GC won’t go outfor 3 to 4 months? Did it say that in the advertisement you clicked thru or was it in your confirmation of starz service email?
If u clicked thru the offer that included the $20 Target GC but then tried doing the cancel but got offered the $1 a month for 6 months and took that offer, I’m doubtful that the GC offer will still go thru. Heck, I didn’t click on cancel and accepted the original offer and I still didn’t receive any reassurance that I’ll actually receive a GC! Maybe in 3 months time when I try to cancel that $1 per month for 6 months offer will appear for me. In the meantime I hope I get my GC!

How does this work on att uverse cable on tv? I have uverse tv but doesnt include starz. Or is this for pc or tablet watch?
I believe this offer is for the stand alone app that is not tied up to any cable/satellite service. All you need is to download the app on a smart TV, Fire TV, Roku, PS4, Xbox, PC, phone, iPad, etc.

Maybe someone can help with this. I have amazon prime which also has Starz. Are they the same? I just can’t seem to figure where to log in on the Amazon page.
They are not the same. If you have Amazon Prime you get amazon video for free however you would still need a video subscription to be able to watch Starz on Amazon.

For anyone with ATT, I switched my data plan to unlimited data last month & noticed that it comes with access to a premium channel, starz, Cinemax & HBO are the ones that come to mind. But there may be others…customer service rep never mentioned this benefit š£I stumbled upon it

I believe they have free preview this weekend. Otherwise I believe HBO is included with the unlimited service because ATT owns it now.
We have AT&T unlimited data as well and we receive free HBO through our Direct TV Now package on our Roku and can watch on the HBO GO app as well. Nice perk of paying for unlimited data.

Hi there! If you go to the Starz website and go under settings, there’s a list of supported devices. We watch through our Fire TV Stick, but you can also watch on your smart TV, through Roku, Apple TV, an Xbox One, your phone – and yes, your laptop! So lots of choices. š

Most definitely. You can stream on up to 4 devices at a time.”
It should work that way I imagine just like how Hulu and Netflix does since starz is an app too just like them. Hope that helps š
