We have this seat and my kids hate it. It’s not comfortable- not much padding and very narrow. Our other 2 boosters are Graco and we love them. This has become a “back up” for us.

Thanks for the review—-we are looking for a backless booster so I’ll keep my eye out for a different one!

Oh darn! Sorry to hear they didn’t care for this one, Tina! Thanks a bunch for taking a moment to comment!

Do you know how narrow this is? My kids are still in convertible seats and a HBB, but I’m looking for an option to keep in the trunk that will fit in the middle of the 3rd row in a Honda Odyssey for when I’m hauling or transporting neighbors kids on occasion.

      • Tina

I’m not at home to measure but they are narrower than our graco in the seat but have arms that flair out so I would guess they are about the same. Sorry I don’t have numbers

We have three of these seats. They have been great. Our trips to grandma’s house are around 3 hours and we have taken quite a few longer road trips. Despite these not being super padded, my kids have never complained about comfort. They have held up well and are easy for the kids to buckle themselves in.

I agree, my kids don’t seem to notice a difference comfort wise between these and our graco and they are mich easier to buckle since the seat isnt as wide. Even in our full size bucket seats in the minivan our 8 year old struggles to buckle her graco since it’s right up against the seatbelts buckle but this one is so easy for her to do.

I agree, my kids have never complained, and I love that even my youngest can buckle himself in with this seat with no problem. I gave away my nice Britax booster because it was so wide they always needed help. I’m picking up a couple extra to keep in the back of my Pilot for when I drive other kids!

Is this roughly the normal price?

Any recommendations for a convertible carseat? My current one is older and the padding is so worn pit my little guys hates it.

Looks like this deal is expired. Neither site referenced has this pricing (cheapest option on Amazon is for a different color seat for $17.99. Wal-Mart has this priced at $31.49 using the link in this post.

      You’re right. Thanks, Katlyn!
