I had to call CS for help with a gift card while placing my order. Was not able to get Burt’s Bees (sold out) but was able to get free shipping on my purchase of less than $99.
I have tried adding 3 different boots to my cart, but I am unable to complete checkout. As soon as I select my payment, it redirects me to the shopping cart page and says items are unavailable. When you return to the item’s page, it still displays in stock and allows you to add to cart but will not allow checkout. Big waste of time!
