   My 1st order w/ this place went great and they have nice items! However, every order I have tried to place since (tried several different cards) has been canceled. I have seen many similar reviews. I don’t know what’s going on with them. Would love to order a few things! Customer service told me my information I provided didn’t match the card (s) information – this is false and I’ve never had a problem elsewhere.

   Anyone having trouble with the free shipping from Shoprunner? It’s telling me what I’ve selected isn’t eligible for the free shipping, but it’s one of the clearance purses.
