Last time (a couple weeks ago) my Covergirl eye coupons from Coupons.com wouldn’t scan at CVS or Walgreens. Not sure why, but they acted like I am a liar and had frauduently copied the coupons. Very irritating. I wonder if anyone else had issues with them?? Also wonder if I should report this problem/issue to coupons.com.

Those coupons worked very good for me every time I shop at CVS or Walgreens. I think sometime the cashier scanned wrong the bar code so they didn’t go through. Make sure they know how to use it. Hope that help.

Ugh; not fun! I really don’t like when they stand there and read all the fine print of printed coupons. I always check mine ahead of time but it also seems like they should just scan them first as the computer will alert them and then they can read it all. They do this at Target a lot too; it’s hard to be a couponer sometimes!

I hate it when coupons does not work and those cashiers look like I’m a liar and stealing their stuff when I use a coupon

I had a bad experience with coupons not scanning at store. Cashier automatically thought coupon was a fake, asked if it was a copy, etc. I think its their scanners and registers. I wish they were more patient with us couponers.

Not really the scanners/registers. It’s that the coupon upc has a different upc code than the product, so when the coupon is scanned, it beeps or comes up as not a match. It sucks that cashiers have been trained to think that beeping coupons are bad / fake and can’t override.
