I just started using this and really like it. I ended up purchasing the full jar of the Sweet Sweat gel as well. I am always hesitant to believe reviews, but I am trying to get in shape and have used waist-trimming products before during workouts. On Saturday I did 25 minutes of an Insanity tape and then biked for 15 minutes. I was POURING sweat down through the waist trimmer while on the bike. This stuff definitely works, and it’s great for this mama of 3 who has no ab muscles!!

Yes, still works great without the sweet sweat gel. I honestly think the gel is just a gimmick. I mean I rub it on, it’s a thick consistency. Then your body heats up while working out. The gel pretty much liquified giving the illusion of dripping sweat. Just my opinion anyway. The band comes with a sample.

I purchased this and loved it as well, but two things got me. Many of the people including myself agree that you pour sweat while using it, but it doesn’t actually make you lose anything. The second is after using it 30 minutes every day during my cardio workout I would use oxy clean and scrub the pad and then throw it into the wash. Every single day. I still got ring worm within 2 weeks of starting it. It just traps too much sweat and bacteria even only using it half an hour with a daily scrub.
Aren’t the users of this product just losing water weight not fat? Correct me if I’m wrong, but how does this do anything for you besides making you sweat more? I’m getting into fitness and just learning.
You’re correct. Nothing will make you lose weight other than being in a calorie deficit i.e., body burning more calories than what’s being consumed. Stuff like this is just snake oil
Yes, just water weight. I was looking for a trainer, nothing to really make me lose weight. I struggle around my hips. Not too bad, but I was hoping it would help with bloat and with my hips. It was a long shot.
I think I will try this. I don’t sweat much cause I don’t drink enough to sweat (so I heard) but it might help me lose some weight when I am walking and marching the stairs.

I got mine last year at the 99 cent store for I think a dollar. Anyway it was pretty cheap. I just wear them around the house while doing chores etc…I agree that they don’t really make you sweat more but they do help train your body to hold itself back in. After I’ve worn it I can feel the difference. Anyway just my opinion.
I ordered one today. I am momma to eight kiddos so I have little to no ab muscles. I’m not looking for a ton of weight loss, just hoping for some toning so people will quit asking me if I’m pregnant.
You tube has an 8 min Ab workout video I’ve tried to do daily since April. It has helped me tremendously! This thing won’t get you abs but ab workouts will.
