Bark box is AWESOME!!! We’ve been subscribers for over a year now! We signed up when you got a free toy with each box and do the year long subscription so we pay $21 a box which is a phenomenal deal considering you get 3 toys (priced anywhere from $8-$12 at Target), two bags of treats, and a chew! They are also very high quality toys, our dog would normally destroy toys the second we gave them to him but his Bark ones seem to hold up. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. We accidentally received two of the same toy in one box one month. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a new toy and told me to keep the extra! We also find that it’s well worth the money because I am steered from buying cute toys/treats that I see throughout the month since I know our pup’s bark box will be coming! Definitely recommend for any pup lovers!
I tried Bark Box over Christmas and was going to cancel… nope! I’m in love with these boxes!! Err… I mean my dog is. lol They do such a great job and the toys and treats are really great quality. My daughters had a great time cutting out the Viking hat and filling in the little poem they had. These boxes are really at hit in our house! I highly recommend it!

BarkBox is great! Best Customer Service! We are getting a puppy and chatted with them and they said you can ask them after you’ve signed up to make the treats “soft” ones for a while for his little puppy mouth. They are the best! Fast shipping, good quality, fun, etc.

not too impressed. one box didnt get delivered and it took me a while to get it after contacting them few times. i think its too pricey for what you get. i wasnt disappointed to the point of cancelling. but won’t be renewing. just mpo
I did bark box for a year before canceling. The quality of the products to great, and the value certainly is there! The toys are just such good quality that I am waiting for my doggy to finish destroying the ones she has (and its taking a while) before re-subbing. The treats and chews are great, and I only ever had one bag of treats my dog didn’t like from barkbox. I reached out to customer service about my dog not wanting anything to do with that bag of treats, and they gave me a credit and free shipping to pick out a new treat from their shop!! Fantastic customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about barkbox!
I misunderstood terms and they wont let me cancel it its really stressing me out im bothered greatly by the inconvenience

Buyer beware!! I was charged the $29.99 before my first promotional $5 Barkbox was even delivered. They don’t provide much information on their site as to when you will be billed. I also did not receive an order confirmation on my first box. I am canceling my subscription and requesting a refund *fingers crossed*

I called and they offered me to continue based on a one month subscription but I could not cancel the 6 month subscription so the cancel at any time is somewhat misleading. You must cancel before you are charged for your first month which is the 3rd of every month (did not know that at the time) otherwise you are responsible to pay for the full price boxes for 6 months or 12 months which ever you signed up for. I was charged for my first subscription box ($29.99) less than 2 weeks from my initial order and before I even received the $5 box. I was hoping to make a decision on whether to continue based on the quality of the products on my first box. I guess I will make sure to read the fine print next time.. 😐 Although they could not refund me the $29.99 on my first month or cancel the 6 months, they did offer an alternative and the rep was more than friendly and nice to work with.
