Hi there, Garfield! The order that you hand over your coupons in likely won’t matter as Target’s registers usually tally all the discount offers at the end of the transaction and apply them accordingly. Hope that helps!
In your post You said buy 4 4 packs of Bai for 4.99 each in the store, but that does not equal $25. Did you mean 5 4 packs? Thx!

Hi Susan! If buying just the Bai, be sure your total is $25 or more to earn the gift card. If shopping in store, they are $4.99 each. If shopping online they are $5.99 each. Hope that helps!
