   I grabbed a bunch of the cookies and cream in a few months ago from my dollar tree. A bit sweet for me but I gifted 2 boxes for my brother’s birthday.

   I bought these at my supermarket a couple months ago. Finally threw away the open boxes over the weekend because, as much as I can’t stand the thought of wasting food or grocery money, it was apparent that no one in my household of 6 was ever touching them again after that first bowl. Word of caution in case anyone’s considering clearing the shelf for this deal.

  My boys hated this cereal too and most cereals don’t last the evening at my house.

   Check ur local dollar tree for Yes To.. products. Found some usually very expensive facial care items there.

   Sometimes if I buy something that is too sweet I finds mixing it w plain Cheerios or kix a good way to cut the sweetness and still make the kids happy!

   Sweet cereals also make excellent “pie crusts”. I ran the Nutter Butter cereal through the food processor then made a peanut butter crust cherry cheesecake.

   I bought the Cookies and Creme flavor and it was the worst cereal purchase I have ever made. I cannot describe how bad this stuff tasted. I cannot believe they even had the audacity to charge for this stuff. It basically tastes like Kix cereal but extremely dry and bland. It wasn’t even sweet. Just a mouthful of chemicals and artificial food coloring is all I tasted. I could not finish the bowl. I had to flush it down the towel. Gross!
