When do the deals switch to the next week? Today I bought a 9.99 product for the Physicians Formula deal, and it showed that I had earned 10 toward the 15 deal for the week of 2/3.

Mngr. of another store in the next town over said at his stores, 4 p.m. (CT). Cashiers at “my store” say they don’t do it anymore, because their manager does not authorize it. I have not shopped Sundays, so I don’t know how long ago they quit doing it, but I’m sure that years ago they definitely did, because the cashiers mentioned that the register would pick what it considered to be the “best” deal, which was not always what the customers preferred, since I was told that ExtraBucks do not print on Saturday for the upcoming week.
Same with my store – you might get the best price but you won’t get the ECB. I don’t do early activation.
Today i tried to do the almay spend 12 get 4 ECB. I bought a bronzer for 12.99. I used a $3 off face coupon and i also had a 3 off 10 crt. It did noy print my 4 ecb. I went round and round with the manager who said it was because of the manufacture coupon. I told him that was false. It was not even tracking on my cvs receipt as me spending anything. He had to force the ecb. Was frustrating. We stack coupons all the time after we get our subtotal to the amount they are asking. Made no sense to me.
My CVS store says the coupon policy has changed and it has been happening to me, If I use a manufacturer coupon, I don’t get my ECB. They are counting the $ spent towards the ECB’s AFTER the coupons. Totally different that it used to be at mine
Cashiers like to throw around the ole’ ‘coupon policy has changed’ when they don’t know what’s going on. Tracking is (and always has been) before any coupons & eb’s. But if you’re placing an online order, tracking is different and based *after* all coupons & eb’s.
Unless you have a specific example, it’s most likely you’re not getting correct tracking b/c a UPC isn’t in the system for the deal or possibly the item is on clearance. With as much dysfunction going on at CVS, I doubt they’d have 1 store out of thousands track deals differently.
Are you not able to use the $1 off Pantene coupon in the P&G flyer as well as the b1g1 – can you not combine those?
