Bought these a few weeks back to survive an international flight with my 3 kids. They’re really great!

I can vouch for these. We’ve now owned 5 pairs. One my kid ripped out of an iPad and broke the plug. The other my dog got a hold of. Otherwise they’ve used them for an entire year at school and we keep a set in the car. Even though the reviews rank as “fake” I love these things. They fit both my 10 year old and 6 year old they’re foldable and they’ve held up to lots of abuse.

I love these! I use them in my class and they work really well. Plus..kids love the colors.

I bought those awhile back & they have worked great to use with out kindles!

These have HORRIBLE reviews on Fakespot, which gives their ratings an F. Just beware.

Thanks for the feedback, Jamie! We did just add some reader reviews to the post above. Hoping that helps!

I use Fakespot and I think you’re misinterpreting the purpose of Fakespot. Fakespot doesn’t tell you whether or not something is good, it simply analyzes the likelihood of fake reviews. Something can have an A grade on Fakespot and be a terrible product. I view Fakespot as a way of proceeding with caution on a product I’ve not used before (and honestly, there’s little risk buying through Amazon, anyway). As I’ve mentioned below, I’ve owned 5 of these (6 if you count the replacement) and have had good success – and the company stood by their product when we did have problems. That’s pretty decent in my book, especially when it comes to electronics – honestly, I don’t get that rate of success with Apple products!

What is fakespot? The reviews on amazon look pretty good. Sometimes I hate reviews. Some are great and some are awful. I never know which one to believe!

Fakespot is an app you can get that will analyze the reviews and score them based on how many of the reviews fake. I use it on tons of amazon purchases. I just bought these ones from hip2save a couple days ago and it already has a crack in it 🙁

Anyone have these and ok with them?

    • Sara

I bought them once. They didn’t last long. My kids are really rough on headphones and go through at least 1 pair each per year.

      • Juma

If you have a Five Below I would buy them from there . I’m not sure of the brand name but they have lots of colors and you may be able to find them in characters.

I’ve bought 5 pairs of them and have owned 3 of them for almost 2 years now (the other 2 are at school and I presume they work fine since no one has told me otherwise). Maybe my kids (3, 6, 7) just aren’t particularly rough on them, but they’ve made 2 cross country road trips and are used regularly when I can’t take the video game/cartoon noises anymore. We had one pair lose sound in one ear before the 1 year warranty was up, and I wrote Ailihen asking them to honor the warranty – they sent me a replacement pair after asking for some basic order info. It was easy.

We have these and they seem to still be going strong with my 6yr old and it’s been about a year now since I’ve bought them.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh good! Glad to hear they have been holding up well! Thanks so much for taking a moment to comment!

  5. Lindsey

They’re pure JUNK. Made this mistake last year.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh no! SO sorry to hear about that, Lindsey. Thanks for the honest feedback. 🙁

We personally love these headphones. I do buy them about twice a year but they are super comfy and fit the kids great. For $10 they are better then the Vivitar ones from Target and many of the other “cheap” brands. I wouldn’t pay $20 for them. At $10 you can’t really expect them to hold up long but they usually last the whole year for my elementary kid at school and are great for travel. Just my experience and we’ve been buying them for about 3 years now.
