Oh bummer! SO sorry to hear that. I did have a set of these a few years back in our old house. We had them in Beige. What I liked most about them was that you could hand wash the seats. That was super helpful when my kiddos were little!
I have these exact barstool in Beige color, they were on black Friday sale (2 year back I bought them). They are good quality and the seats are firm. Assembly was easy and remember to tighten the bolts as an when required. We are very happy with this purchase and the price was way cheaper than other BM stores. They still look new. HTH!!

i bought these about a year ago the quality is fair. assembly fairly easy. i wouldn’t recommend for anyone overweight just not as solid as i had hoped
Bought the brown ones last time. Not very sturdy. Have to keep tightening screws.

These are horrible, especially if you have kids. I was constantly tightening the screws until I just completely gave up and trashed them.
Bought them no small kids more for looks than a lot of use- been waiting on a good deal on stools
Bought one to match the other three we have. No issues here, but light use and no kiddos using either. Had it for over a year or so.
