I signed up for the bag but it didn’t prompt me to sign up for an account until AFTER I had already submitted my info for the bag. I didn’t get a clear confirmation that it successfully went through other than trying again and it saying “you’re only allowed one promotion” so I’m assuming it went through?

That’s what happened to me to- got a message! “You’re almost there! Sign in to your DG account and add coupons to complete!” I did.. but no verification, so I tried the form again and got the same message you did (you’re onky allowed one promotion)
I followed thru everything and did sign up for an account which then added some digital coupons to my account, I hope I get the bag and samples in the mail

Well, i filled out everything, so we shall see. There’s no email confirmation, and the final step appears to be clipping coupons on the DG digital coupon page. I did that but still no “final” acknowledgement. So hopefully in 6-8 weeks i will get the bag.
Same here. One coupon was already clipped, I just added some more coupons. Who knows if it went through. I guess we’ll all have to wait and see.

I noticed on the final step where you clip coupons it shows the beauty bag $2.00 off $8.00 coupon clipped in my account so I’m going to assume that means the request was received.
Would not let me verify when I went to sign up. Called customer support and got no assistance. Very disappointed.

I didn’t see that when I signed up. Always try and read and look at the fine print. Although, as already mentioned a little confusing and no clear confirmation except for adding coupons to your account.

They must be out of free bags. When I did it, I got a message telling me I’m almost there and to log into coupons and my account. Once I did that, I got a message about ‘here is the coupon you requested’ which is a $2 off $8 shampoo coupon.

Received my bag today: only a small bottle of body wash and an small Suave sample 😒
I got mine also. I got a foil packet Suave sample and a small bottle of Vaseline hand cream. Expected more but I guess I can’t complain, it was free!
I got mine today. It had a travel size bottle of body wash and an envelope sample of suave conditioner. I know it was free but pretty disappointing.
