I shopped in store and bought the same items that qualify for $15 back in points on the website, but the points never credited and the SYWR rep says it’s online only. Is there a screenshot I can send them that’s it’s good in store?
Hi there! I just spoke with customer service to double check and the online and store offers can differ. This one appears to be valid online only. They did suggest checking with your location to see if they have a similar offer available. Hope that helps!
All the stores in my area closed 🙁 And shipping is no longer at $35. The minimum is $59 🙁 I really miss my Sears. I used to love taking advantage of in store pick up for deals like these.
And they also changed minimum shipping requirements. Orders need to meet the minimum for free shipping after points are applied to qualify. But I totally understand they probably were losing a lot of money with free points, free shipping, etc.
I have a different issue- my orders keep getting cancelled & i was told i have 2 accounts with the same email id. i called & the shop your way rewards team said they will resolve it. & then after 48 hours , when i placed an order , it got cancelled again automatically as soon as i make the purchase .any one having similar issue & got it fixed , please help

I had the same issue. Buying in store was fine, but all my online orders kept being cancelled. It took SYWR team a few months and a knowledgeable supervisor to resolve the issue. Although right now it doesn’r look like Sears has that much time.
