  I had to open in desktop form then it gives option to add to cart and hit check out and it should show $2.99.

  Hi Amber! The price seems to be fluctuating a little right now, as I checked and it was $13.49 and then I checked again a minute later and it was $2.99. You might want to check back again in a bit to see if it’s gone back down. Hope that helps!
