I always get a notification about $5 Kohl’s cash but I never get it after I pickup my order . I don’t understand why .it’s always a issue for me.
Hey Swet! If you are offered the $5 Kohl’s Cash it should come in an email the same day you pick up your order. It generally arrives shortly after picking up the item. However, sometimes it’s easy to miss because it is an email thanking you for picking up the item, the Kohl’s Cash is usually at the bottom! If you aren’t getting those emails you may want to check your spam folder or contact Kohl’s customer service! Hope that helps!
Me too. I got the email thank you for pick up the items , but neve have $5 Kohl’s cash. I live in Prescott, AZ , I thought mabe it depends where you live so I didn’t contact Kohl’s CS.

It comes at the bottom of the “thank you for your in-store pickup order”email. It also shows up immediately in your Kohl’s app if you have it. You can tell it is different then your other kohl’s cash because it has its own barcode and doesn’t expire for 60 days and is available to use immediately . I picked up an order in Phoenix yesterday it showed up right away.
