    Hi. General Walgreens coupon question:
I have a “get 5000 points when you spend $20” digital coupon attached to my Walgreens card. Is the $20 spending considered before applying coupons or after. And not sure if it makes a difference, the other coupons I have are digital and attached to my Walgreens card, as well.

Great question! I did just double check with customer service! Here are the details they listed for me – “The offer requirements will have to be met after coupons, promotions, discounts, but before taxes.”

      Hope that helps!

    • Ana

I did that in the store like two weeks ago and I’m pretty sure the points were applied before coupons. But I don’t remember 100% :/ I would try it anyways

If you are using a Wags coupon, the amount is calculated AFTER WAGS coupons and BEFORE manufacturer coupons. Even the store cashiers sometimes don’t know it. So if the item is $2.49 and then $1.99 after Wags Qs, and $1.49 after Manufacturer Qs, the points/rewards are only calculated on the $1.99 since it is the amount after the Wags Q. The manufacturers Qs are considered a form of payment since the company is reimbursed by the company issuing the coupon. Hope that helps.

Thanks all for your replies! I like to know what to expect before I check out. 😊 and I’m able to meet the criteria to earn the reward.

Is this a good price? Still high to me.

    • Mrs. L

The regular 4 pack rolls here are over $2, so this is a great price.

    • Amy

      Same 😂

Question: If I buy two angels softs will two digital coupons from Walgreens app apply? I have two manufacture coupons and need to know if this will work?

    • MombieZombie

yes the walgreens coupon will apply to multiples

  4. Shannon

How many pack can you buy using the digital coupon??

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Shannon! It should apply to as many as you are purchasing in your transaction. Hope that helps!

  5. Pauline

The Digital Q will apply to every pack you buy. The Angel Soft printable Q is now out of prints.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hmm, I was just able to print it. Maybe try again in a different browser! Hoping you can grab it!

  6. Lauri

so I can buy 4 packs and the walgreens digital Q will come off each one as well as the one in the monthly coupons booklet? I am confused. Please help. Thanks

it is confusing. You can use the paper Monthly Savings coupon or the digital version but NOT both. Because the digitals can be either manufacturers or the Walgreens Monthly I suggest getting the paper copy so you can tell clearly what is what. On another topic don’t forget that online there is 15% off with code EXTRA15 and if you are over age 55 use SENIOR20 for 20% off until March 9. There are restrictions but can be cheaper than instore purchases. Walgreens is a different beast but I love WAGS bargains.

Does walgreens always offer the senior discount and is it just online or also instore?

Senior discount is first Tuesday of the month instore. Online it generally starts the first Tuesday of the month and lasts the full week. I generally do both. Online is much easier in a way because you can see the full price items easily which you need for the discount. For instance the Depends and TheraTears are usually on sale in store online so you can’t use the discount but you can usually find some varieties not on sale plus a digital online. Download the app and shop online to check prices before going to the store.

When I clipped the coupon online the details state “one coupon per customer per offer”. So this means it’d only apply to one pack it seems?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Vera! It will apply to each qualifying pack in your transaction. Hope that helps!

I wonder how this compares to the costco Kirkland brand?

I wish there were a Costco near me so I can’t say. It is good basic toilet paper that gets the job done but it’s not luxurious. My favorite is the Nice toilet paper a house brand at Walgreens. Very inexpensive and softer than Charmin.
