Still not sure? See what readers think of this box…

I cancelled my other box subscriptions. This one is quarterly so while more expensive, it is much larger. Breaking it down it only cost me a few more dollars than my other boxes that I wasn’t always thrilled with. I feel like even if there’s a dud or two I’m still getting a good deal with the FFF box. And shipping is included in the price (which isn’t the case with all boxes) so that’s nice too. If you can pay the entire year at once, the pricing is even better. I look forward to these boxes arriving at my doorstep and I think these are a great gift if they enjoy fashion and beauty products. I may get this for my sis’ birthday! I can’t help but peek at the spoilers though!

I love my FFF box. I’ve been getting them for a year and really love all the products. Some of my favorite products have been Orbe dry shampoo, French press, super absorbent beach towel, coola sunscreen, jade roller, and silicone (antimicrobial) vibrating face cleaner ( I actually tossed my Clarisonic because this was so good), Grown Alchemist face scrub, and Brooke Burke sliders!

I got a box last year and thought that the value was great for the price. The brand name beauty products are the best part. When you subscribe to something like this, keep in mind that they have to appeal to hundreds of thousands of people with different skin tones and types, ages, and races.

I can’t stand all the social media influencers promoting this junk. I don’t trust it

    • Crystal

Same!! Influencers make some serious cash with getting a $15 kickback from each referral; however, the market is now saturated with everyone referring this!

    • Angie (Sweet Sidekick)

Hey Laura! I just have to let you know how much I truly love this box! It’s such a fun treat to get something for myself once in a while and the items are high quality! I also love the fact that (so far) the items I have received are full sized products! It’s one of those things I “surprise” myself with. 😃

Tried two boxes now. Meh. I wish everyone would stop repeating FFF’s marketing line that it’s worth $200+. Not sure I agree. Don’t think I’ll be getting any more. Even at $40, I’m not sure it’s worth it. Did not get the Sip bottle and everything in my box just looks like a cheap version of something trying to look fancy or is something I don’t need (pale pink lipliner is not me). So $40-50 when I kinda like one or two items isn’t really worth it. I could get more happiness spending that money at TJ Maxx. I like surprises though so I thought this would be fun, but it’s mostly been disappointing.

I tried one box and thought it was a bunch of cr @p. I donated ALL of it! It’s overpriced and overhyped. I would much rather treat myself to things I know I would actually use and enjoy. If you like being surprised with random stuff you won’t necessarily use – then go for it.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh bummer! SO sorry to hear about that, Jen. Thanks so much for the honest review! We sure appreciate the feedback!

I love these boxes. To me they are totally worth it. I always keep a few items for myself and add the rest to my gift closet. It’s super easy to cancel (there is a button in your account so you don’t have to rely on a customer service agent). I don’t mind people on social media or blogs showcasing them. If you don’t like what they post don’t follow them or visit their site. That’s my philosophy anyway. If someone annoys me that bad, I just don’t look!

    • Anna

I’m not sure I’d say “super easy to cancel” they keep you guessing if you were actually canceled or not, also they hound you after the fact.

If you have Facebook or ig or whatever you don’t have to be following them to get the sponsored posts, that is what they were referring to.

      • Flgrl017

It’s super easy. All you have to do is click a button in your account and answer 2-3 questions. It takes me less than 30 seconds and you get an email almost immediately saying you were cancelled if you did it correctly.
Ads don’t bother me. They gotta make their money since Facebook and IG are free.

I enjoy these boxes, I loving picking out the items for the box in the customizations, the add on sales and the workout videos. I’m a busy mom of two young boys and it’s nice to get a box that’s curated just for me.

    • Flgrl017

That’s another good point. You pretty much know 70-80% of the items in the box when you order. I’m not sure why people don’t trust fff since you can customize the box and cancel with the push of a button!

      • Anna

To a point, when I did it there was only 1 choice left on all of them. Also, I got mine for 29.99?
Even for 29.99 it’s okay. If you have the 30 or 40 bucks to blow then it’s kinda fun, otherwise save your cash it’s not worth 200.

        • Flgrl017

I agree that in general when they have a 40% code the items and selections are limited and not as nice. That’s a good trade off for me because I save another $10. I also agree that they’re not worth the stated value, but to be fair not many things in retail are. For me, they’re totally worth $39.99 or $29.99 depending on the offer code that day. I also go thru a cash back site and get $7 back. I enjoy the prestige full size beauty items and the other stuff is a nice bonus!

          • Anna

I would do it again for that.

I love my Fabfitfun! My daughter and I get so excited when it shows up. She knows that anything I don’t want she gets. She loves going through each item and adding up what they are worth. It’s definitely worth over $200 and those are amazon prices not the prices from their websites. I personally wouldn’t pay those prices for some of the items but it’s definitely worth it for the box!! I love some of them so much that I buy extra boxes for my friends! If you don’t think all that is worth $40 I’m not sure what you are expecting.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Too cute! Glad to hear you have both enjoyed the boxes!! Thanks so much for sharing with us!

  7. Dana

I tried the winter one for the first time. It was fun to get and open, but it was a waste of money because I wouldn’t have bought most of it.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

DARN! Thanks for the honest comment, Dana!

I’ve been getting the FFF box for over a year now. I LOVE them. The thing about FFF is you have to log on to do the customization, and it’s only open for a week. There’s 2-4 items to choose from. When you sign up late, you don’t get that option, or there might be 1 you can pick from depending on what they have available.
For this box, I was able to choose sunglasses, a backpack (instead of the diffuser) and copper tablespoon measuring set, which more than make up the cost of the box, everything else is just icing on the cake! I’ve enjoyed trying new makeup, skin & hair care products. Got a really nice Tarte highlighter palette in the Summer box. They just started charging tax, so it comes to $52.25 for me. It’s a nice treat every 3 months. I use my Swagbucks earnings to pay for it.

I received my spring box last week. I paid $35.49 after cash back. I got a cute robe, korres moisturizer, swell bottle, massage detox body brush, dr brandt eye gel, body scrub, body lotion, and leave in conditioner. That’s less than $5 an item and the beauty items are high end. I’m very happy with my purchase. I try to order early in the season so I get better choices.

  10. shop4mybabies

I tried the winter one, it wasn’t for me, BUT it was a good value. I added up the items via amazon prices and I kept a couple of make up palettes for myself and then gifted the rest in a gift bag for a friend who was doing us a favor, knowing the girly stuff I was gifting would be appreciated by her, and it was
