Price is great but don’t expect them to not scratch if care is not used. Day #1 my daughter used a pizza cutter on it and it looks horrible now!!!😩
Funny you should comment that. Just found a great pizza recipe for that size pan and I was wondering what the best type of pan would be that wouldn’t scratch when cut. Does such a pan exist?
Maybe use a sil pat mat in the pan to keep it from getting scratched ???
I use kitchen shears to cut my pizza so that it does not scratch my pans. I make pizza in a pan like this all the time and just hold it up as I cut it or you could always slide it off onto a big cutting board to cut with a pizza cutter.
use parchment or even aluminum foil to over lap the pan edges. When the pizza has cooked, you can use the ‘handles’ to take the pizza out of the pan to cut.

You can buy a plastic pizza cutter. Alternatively, you can also slide the pizza onto a cutting board first. But yeah, I really wouldn’t expect a knife *not* to scratch a metal pan of any kind!

I probably should have said I was very disappointed in the quick destruction my daughters action did to the cookie sheet…clearly we use ours and know eventually they will become flawed. It was just sad that it wasn’t perfect for even a day😮 otherwise good pans!

After going through air pans, non-stick, copper, etc. I can truly say these are THE BEST!!! We have 4 of these pans that we bought when they 1st appeared at Sam’s Club. With our large family of ten we have used them for EVERYTHING! My husband loves to use them on the grill!!! So I need to get some new pretty ones so I can bring things on them to church.

Love these pans. We cook a lot and I couldn’t live without these. Cookies turn out great too! Don’t use non stick spray(like Pam). It’s hard to wash off and leaves the pans sticky.
Agree, these pans are awesome! Was so glad I picked up a set last summer. Use them all the time for roasting veggies and cooking chicken!
I also got these pans a few months ago–mostly for all those wonderful sheet-pan dinners. They are great!! Pans are sturdy,large, but not too, and easy to stack and store. I highly recommend!!

Stumbled across these recently when shopping for my two kids just out of college and moving into their own apartments. Bought a set and gave one to each. Then bought a set for me!
