Did you know it’s common for young children to get constipation simply due to the fear of pooping?!

Plant Therapy Poop Ease is safe for your kiddos as young as two years old. To use, dilute PoopEase to 2-4% in your favorite carrier oil and apply in a circular motion on their lower abdomen. (Plant Therapy suggests to apply this at night and to allow a few days of applying it once or twice per day to see noticeable effects.) You can also purchase the pre-diluted roll-on, which is perfect for on the go!

And – better yet – it’s not just for the kiddos!  With a sweet, warm, and herbaceous aroma, Plant Therapy Poop Ease is great for adults as well.

On the fence? Check out all the 5-star reviews! Here are just a few…

I bought this for my son, he was having regularly issues. With this rubbed on his belly & starting a daily probiotic everything seems to be resolved and he has not complained of any trouble since.

After reading reviews, I decided to give this a try, still hesitant that it would work but willing to give it a try. Oh my goodness, I’m so glad that I did. Seriously this stuff works! I’m pregnant so I have it at a 1% dilution and only use it twice a week but it has helped tremendously! I highly recommend this to anyone!

My 25 month old has had constipation issues for a few months now, sometimes only going every few days and always being in discomfort when trying to go. I got this product about a week ago and have been incorporating it into our bedtime routine. Since using this he has sometimes started going 2 times a day! Thinking of even purchasing it for his father who is sometimes constipated also!

I love PlantTherapy. The oils are great at a fraction of the cost of some of the Direct sales. They give all the pertenent info and have a facebook page where you can ask questions. Plus, can you beat free shipping?

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, I agree Ellen! And I love that they offer free shipping, too!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

lol Sandy – My daughter loved taking those! 😃

  2. Cassie

Is that a pic of your daughter trying not to start laughing hysterically while mom takes a pic of her pretending to sit on the toilet? Ahhh, family moments. 😂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Nailed it! LOL! She’s such a good sport! Fun times! 🤣

  3. Jenn

Anyone know if this is comparable to DiGize?
    Thanks!

My favorite essential oil company that I found out about it years ago on hip2save. Just bought their St.Patrick set and they are my to go for creams and oils. Love watching their facebook lives. Such an amazing customer service.

  5. Mamie

Hey everyone! These seem great, but I’m wondering if people are asking themselves why they seem to have so much trouble pooping in the first place?
Just FYI, if you eat enough fiber, pooping should be easy peasy!!
All these Fad diets like Paleo and Keto are causing SERIOUS toilet trouble!! Think about it… and maybe make some changes?
There’s quite a bit of info out there on early on-set of diseases that are caused by not going to the bathroom often enough. It is a serious issue.
    Just my 2 cents…

    • Miranda

My medication causes constipation. I’m desperate at this point.

    • Olivia

As a child with encropesis. One should understand its not just diet or disease. (Constipation)Encropesis is a very hard thing to be going through w/o someone minimizing it as oh just eat better. Im willing to try this product,if hes GI is unboard. And for those w/o issues be thankful. Irregular bowl moments cause so much heartache and mental questioning of one self. Its been heart breaking to watch my loved one go through this. So if u know someone or know a kid pls help them know its ok. And you are there for them..its sad to see so many kids harass my son w/o knowing he has no control over his condition.

      • Lori

        Well said!

      • Amy

My daughter had constipation so badly it caused her to pee herself all the time. She had zero control. It took us almost a year but with diet change and miralax, she is over the issue. It really is a diet issue. The x-rays we had to do the exlax, the perscription stuff to get her “poop ball” cleaned out was no fun but once that was gone it really is just water water water and diet with plenty of fiber, probiotics etc…

        • C

Wish it was as easy as diet change for my autistic 4 year old. He is constantly constipated and also withholds his poop for extended periods of times. I’ve heard of essential oils that some parents use to help ease pooping.

          • Traci

I’ve been there with you- finally did a massive cleanse at 5, and 2x daily miralax for probably a year before we could back down to 1x day. Still not daily at almost 10 but every 2-3 days and no build up or leaking. It will improve! Yes I’d love my kid to eat roughage, drink copious water, and a hundred other things but I’ve learned to take what I can get and pick my battles.

    • Nubianqueen

Fiber fiber and more fiber. Fruits and vegetables are all you need.

      • T4bidin

Not if you have certain GI issues. There are conditions where fiber, fruits, and vegetables are contraindicated.

    • Cassie

      I agree, Mamie.

    • Kathleen

People don’t realize the are many diseases that cause GI issues and they need to be screened for them if they have ongoing symptoms. Celiac is undiagnosed for hundreds of thousands in the US alone!

      • shop4mybabies

Kathleen you are correct on it being undiagnosed but Celiac doesn’t cause constipation. quite the opposite if you eat gluten

    • 50ShadesofLipstick

Wrong! It’s not always as simple as “eat more fiber”. Constipation is known to have many different causes…for younger children especially, it has a huge behavioral component to it. All the fiber and water in the world will not help a child that holds their poop in b/c they want to keep playing- they do this starting in the toddler years and it can become a habit that goes on for a very long time. Even adult poop habits are known to be impacted by changes to routine and stress/anxiety or other psychological factors. Constipation existed long before fad diets.

  9. s

Sorry so many deal with constipation but this is just wrong. I hate when oils are sold as cures. Rubbing an oil on your skin doesn’t help you poop. Essential oils can be nice for relaxation & other forms of aromatherapy but let’s be serious. It could help one relax but those reviews are ridiculous. Probiotics & some kombucha actually do help though. Maybe try those instead.

    • Ok

Agree… I don’t like when essential oils are marketed as “cure alls.”

    • patricia

I have not tried the poop ease oil blend but I use Plant Therapy essential oils for a lot of things, like headache, stomach issues, mood boosting, scars, bruises and they help. My friend’s son had athlete foot issues and tried the aloe vera gel and tea tree and he does not get athlete’s foot anymore. My brother only uses peppermint oil for headaches and nothing else and it works for him. We are all different, something that works for someone ,may not for someone else.

    • Mary

Thank you S. Might as well put your money in a shredder. Essential oils are touted as able to cure any number of ailments when there is really no science behind them. Go see a licensed medical professional if you have an actual medical problem. Just like the lottery, the uneducated are the most vulnerable to scams like this. Disappointed Collin would post this.

      • Lindsey

If they don’t work for you then you don’t have to use them. It’s not a scam and telling people to just go to their doctor (who likely will only offer medication as a band aid) is disrespectful. essential oils are powerful and can be healing to many people. They work when I get headaches and when I have stomach aches when I eat something that had an ingredient that didn’t agree with me. Many others use them and they work. Every person is not one-size-fits-all. We all have unique genes and sensitivities and what works for one doesn’t work for another.

  10. GM

🙄🙄🙄 so many “doctors” and “experts” on here telling others they don’t know their own situations. So annoying!!!! If you don’t think this works then fine, but if it helps others then who are you to tell them it doesn’t?? Why do people feel they know anything about perfect strangers and feel they have the right to tell them what they should or shouldn’t be doing? There are many reasons out there that cause constipation that have nothing to do with diet. It’s laughable (actually incredibly obnoxious) that people are so dogmatic about it and insist that diet is the only thing related to constipation.

  11. frannie

Did you know that too much fiber can also cause constipation? Please understand that “one size” does not fit all.

  12. Christine

I am not sure if any of you have heard of Kombucha (not the bottled kind at the grocery store) but the real kombucha (many recipes on how to make on-line but I like the one on dr.axe.com) but it certainly helps with many IBS or constipation issues. I have been making it for 2 years and my kids like it and have very little stomach problems. Stress at school causes many issues I think.
