RugsUSA always seems to have the best prices and they frequently run 40-50% off sales (which tells you how high the MSRP is marked up, but they still usually beat everyone online for the same rug) and free shipping. I like the site because they do a good job of picturing the rugs at different angles so you can get a feel for the texture/pile/color/etc. I’ve ordered from them twice and had easy transactions both times.
