Question: if I used KC to purchase items, and return them, what happens? Do I get the value of KC or do I lose it? Ex: item was $25, I used $10KC +20%off, so paid only $12. When returning, do I only get the $12 I paid? Thanks!

If you return items you Paid for with Kohls cash, you get the kohls cash back. If you return items you Received Kohls cash for, and you already spent the Kohls cash, then the Kohls cash is deducted from your return.
