it shows up as 57 in my app as well. I have an Android so maybe that’s why?
It has always done that in my app too. Samsung.

I have Samsung, too, and it always shows like 57, or 810 instead of 8×10. On H2S website, it’s 5×7.

Thank you I got a card for a friend. Used premium card stock. I selected a card without a photo. The quality is just okay. But still free and personalized so can’t really complain.
I just picked mine up and the quality is quite poor. Luckily it’s for my husband and he doesn’t really notice things like that. Lol.
