They have awesome customer service, after a few months of use the stitching started to unravel on one of the pockets. They had me send a picture of the bag and had me cut the carrying strap and then they sent me a new bag in 2 days! I actually asked if it was possible to try a different style and they gave me a few choices for the replacement bag!
These bags are best. I have 2 and the quality is awesome. Their customer service is fantastic too. I lost the changing pad to my Duo signature and they sent me a new one for free!
The Skip-Hop has AMAZING customer service. I had an old-school Duo that finally bit the dust after almost ten years. I’d actually been using it as my primary bag (i.e., in lieu of a purse/tote) for the past few years. I do like the older Duos better from an aesthetic perspective but for functionality, the newer ones are amazing.
In case anyone is wondering, I have a Skip Hop. I’ve had 4 diaper bags in the past 10 years (the others I used in the past all costed more than this one, too), and I did a ton of research this time around to try and get the perfect bag. I LOVE this bag! There are lots of pockets, doesn’t tip over, LOVE the stroller-straps feature, was MUCH cheaper than a lot of other bags, great durability, fun prints, not overly bulky. I recommend.

I bought the skip hop fit bag, shown first in this post, after I had my second child and needed more room for necessities for both kids. I would highly recommend. My daughter is almost 2 and my son almost 3.5 and we use it daily for snavks, water cups, changes of clothes and diapers for my littlest. It has a great design….easy to access everything and multiple size pockets for storage. I found mine at Marshalls for $20 but still recommend even if at a higher price point!
