  28 is a size 6.
  29 a size 8.
  30 a size 10.

  Im a size 6 or 8 depending and 28 never fits me,29 or 30 depending on the brand.

  Yes, good quality and normal women’s sizing. For me, this means wearing a size smaller than stores with cheaper clothing (Target, Old Navy, etc)

   LOFT uses vanity sizing, which means you have to go one or two sizes down on almost everything. Their pants/jeans tend to run big in the waist and skinny everywhere else. If you have a puffy muffin top with chicken legs, this is the brand for you!

   28 is supposed to be 28″ around your natural waistline. I normally wear a 27, which is supposed to be a size 4, but LOFT means 26 or even 25. Buy final sale items at your own risk! Looser tops may be less of a risk. HTH!
