Anyone think an order would arrive before Easter?
Yesterday I had an email that said it was the last day for free shipping in time for Easter. You might be able to pay for expedited shipping and have it arrive in time.

Website is terribly slow today ….I have a$10 off $40 coupon —couldn’t get it to work after trying numerous times —-finally just put my order thru because the longer I waited the more items that were being sold out ….tried calling cp….said minimum 15 minute phone wait. Finally just Emailed their customer service…will see what kind of response I receive ….don’t expect much from their customer service dept but figured worth a try.

Hi everyone, I just want everyone to BE AWARE of ordering from their website.
I ordered a few items last week, and when I received the package I noticed that one item was missing. The packing slip showed all my items, including the one that was missing. I called the customer service number, but multiple times the automated agent tells me they are experiencing high call volumes and that I should try again later. I emailed them, but I haven’t heard anything. I love their clothes and prices, but after this experience, I sadly won’t be ordering from them online.

Has anyone had problems with them processing your payment? I keep getting an error message saying they are unable to process my payment at this time. There’s absolutely no reason my card shouldn’t work. I even tried another cc and got the same error. Super frustrating! I found the perfect dress for a wedding this summer
