They don’t work as well s Cranberry D Mannose.

The D Mannose bonds to the bacteria and works the best.

I highly recommend D-Mannose for UTIs. It really helps. I order the powder form from Amazon. They say for active UTI, try to take the D Mannose with a little water, wait 30-45 minutes and then drink a lot of water to flush out. Repeat every 2 hrs. It really helped me clear a UTI. Just fyi for those that gets UTIs. I remember using AZO for relief but it doesn’t clear the UTI. D-Mannose can actually clear the UTI.
