My boyfriend does garage door work for a living & this is 1 of the preferred models he installs & sells. He despises most brands of garage door openers sold at places like home Depot…he says they’re horrible quality, break easily, are sold in a million pieces (nicer brands come in just a few different pieces… most of it is already assembled), & don’t offer as good of a warranty (not even close).
I love this for when I can’t remember if I closed the door or not! I don’t have to turn around to check. Just check the app.

This is a must for every homeowner IMO. It gives you peace of mind b/c you’ll always know if you closed the garage door or not (we often forget whether or not we did, right as we’re hitting the highway to go on a road trip!) and it also allows you to let people into your home using your phone when you’re away (like a neighbor that’s going to be looking after your pet or caring for plants etc).
We even use it to let our child into the house if/when I can’t make it home before his school bus- he’ll walk home, ring our Ring doorbell, speak to one of using that, and then we’ll let him in using the Chamberlain app to open and then close our garage door.
This is a great deal! We got this when it was more expensive at Lowe’s when we bought out first home. Love mine!
