Our local library also has a free comic book event for kids. They give away comics but also have a bunch of activities and appearances from super heros. You might want to check your library too.

Thank you so much for the great info. My 10-yr-old grandson has difficulty reading and consequently hates it. BUT he loves super heros, so this could be a wonderful way to get him to read. There are locations in my area participating so I hope to take him. You guys rock!
