If you use this just a couple times a month it’s worth it. There are a ton of workouts on it. My husband uses ours for yoga and stretching on days he doesn’t do a workout or go to the gym.

This is a pyramid scheme and a scam. It’s was almost impossible to cancel and they kept billing me for shipments that didn’t show up.
They don’t even take a credit card for the 14 day trial if I remember correctly.

I really like the workout but I did the shake/year long subscription and canceling the shake was a pain in the butt, as they will not remove your credit card unless you cancel everything (but will cancel the re-orders). I like the on-demand workouts (and it is a good price for a year) , but would only recommend the free trial if you are ok with an annoying cancelation process.
