Darn, I had a bunch of free items in my cart that I had promo codes for, and it was showing up at $0 with free shipping! I was so excited, but then I looked back at my cart after walking away from my computer and it had jumped up to $70+ and it would no longer allow me to combine the free shipping code with any of the other coupon codes I had in my account so shutterfly must have caught on. Bummer, there shipping is so high I’m just going to delete my cart.

No matter what I do I can’t get both to apply.
I even tried my husbands account and created one for my inlaws. Still no luck. I’m using the app and both codes are in but only one will actually take at checkout. Granted I’m on sinus meds. Maybe my head is to blocked to figure this out. Dang it!!!! Perfect little bday gift to my self.

Shutterfly must have figured out that people were getting things for free and changed it. Earlier today my cart had applied both the free shipping code and a $30 towards any purchase code that I had but by the time I edited my cart and added to it, it no longer allowed both codes to be applied. Bummer 😓

That code still applies for me. You may need to remove or deselect any other promos that may be applying. Hope that helps!

That’s correct. You can now only use one or the other.
You may be able to add more than 1 promo code if you click on manage promos next to where you enter the promo code.

The posts above says you can only used one code, not both. Other people who did it earlier were able to use both codes. I’m surprised because Shutterfly didn’t allow us to use two codes in the past.

It appears that they cancelled and never processed my order…as it says ( null) for the status of my order and now shows my savings as 0.00. I never received an order confirmation when I placed it.

Same for me. I even sent an email to Shutterfly because I didn’t order the liner and wanted it. The women said there was no order for a phone case even though I have an order confirmation number. Under my order history it shows it but says not processed. I think they canceled it!

My order was cancelled as well. I think that is extremely crappy On Shutterfly’s behalf. It was a birthday gift I ordered. Not my fault their system allowed the code.

i contacted them, in hopes they would honor my order, but they wouldn’t. then of course they sent an survey follow up email.. i left a very negative comment.
