We’ve been getting the Barkbox for our 2 dogs for about three years now, and they KNOW when it’s that box that the mailman has delivered. 
Our Chihuahua couldn’t care less about the toys, but our Chiweenie, a rescue from a traumatic beginning, was destroying them swiftly. Their customer service at Barkbox is AMAZING, and after some back and forth, we upgraded our pups to the Super Chewer subscription. These have now stood up to Tapi’s powerful jaws! Oh, and both pups go berserk for the treats. All of ’em!!
Just a warning … itâs a huge pain to cancel this subscription. I emailed back and forth with a customer service agent numerous times before they cancelled

I didn’t have any issues with cancellation. They cancelled my order right away. I did the live chat. Maybe that is the better route.

This did not work out for our dog. Heâs a Sheppard/red heeler mix and chews through the black Kongâs. He chewed through the toys they sent and the replacement toys they sent us… the only thing he didnât chew through was this weird ring toy that felt like glass. He wouldnât touch that. I definitely wouldnât recommend this, you get more treats then toys and they werenât the quality weâd buy him anyway

I had this for a year for my 2 dogs. I didnât feel it was a good value. I buy their treats and toys at TJMaxx or Home Goods much better prices/selection is great too.

I agree about the toys (and accessories) at TJ Maxx/HomeGoods/Marshalls. They are less expensive and have a good, varied selection.
My dogs LOVE their bark box! As soon as I walk in the door with the box, they go nuts! First they destroy the box, then go for the toys. I get one box for 2 dogs. There is 3 toys, 3 chews and 2 snacks. One dog is a super chewer and the other flea bites everything.
