So sad. This was a great deal and I got things we needed, but today I received an email saying that my order was canceled. I called immediately, and was told that I have to wait until tomorrow for customer service because they are not opened on Sunday. No explanation- just cancelled. I hope that I can work this out with them tomorrow. Anyone else get a cancelation notice?

I just looked and mine was not canceled…yet. I hope they do not cancel it! My husband needs undershirts so bad for work. I paid $45 including tax for 28 undershirts and 2 pairs of regular boxers. Plus Ebates offered 8% back! If they cancel I will be calling. I got my confirmation on the 15th at 4:55 pm. Not sure what day y’all ordered but no matter what if you got a confirmation then there was no reason to cancel without a reason. Thanks Hip2save😁

Hi- I just spoke to Hanes.com about my order being cancelled. They said that my address was not correct, although it was. Anyway, they resmited my order, but would not stack the 30% off code with the 20% off code. They said only one code could be used-no stacking of codes allowed. So I re-ordered using the 30% off code alone, and it ended up costing me $4.48 more. We still needed the underwear, so I just went ahead and got them. Hope others have better luck with their codes.
