Kirkland's Three Berry Blend frozen berries

Costco has issued a recall of four-pound bags of Kirkland Signature brand Three Berry Blend which have best-by dates between February 16, 2020, and May 4, 2020.

The affected products were sold in Costco stores located in San Diego, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada.

To date, no customers have reported being ill. If you have purchased one of the above products, DO NOT consume them. Instead, take a photo of the product for your records, dispose of the product and contact your local Costco for a full refund.

Costco members who have questions can contact Townsend Farms, Inc. customer service representatives at 1-877-244-0947 or by email at TownsendFarms4283@stericycle.com.

Did you know that Kroger has also recalled berries?

(Thanks, Shirley!)

Does that mean it’s safe to continue using if your state is not included on the list?!?

I’m terrified for all who have bought this and consumed it.
I’m baffled as to how this happens. This is unacceptable. Hep A is extremely serious. All these recalls lately are scary!

All of these warnings lately are a little nerve wracking. I have a new bag of Trader Joes organic strawberries that I may just hold onto for a month just in case of any news.

I just checked and the package I have isn’t on the list but don’t think I’ll be taking any chances in case they expand the list down the road.

Agreed! My bag was not on the list but I tossed it anyways. So often they do end up expanding the recall later. Just not worth it!

Thank you so much for posting! Just bought these last week- it’s usually our go-to smoothie mix. Our bag isn’t on the list (yet), but will toss anyway 🙁
