   These have been hit and miss for me. They had a black cherry one a few months ago which was great, had a good throw when burned. The last 2 were a lemon and a papaya and both had no scent when burning. Haven’t bought another since. If anyone tries these please comment on how the throw is. Thanks!

   I love saving money on candles but these melt unevenly and you lose a wick or two. I end up using some of the wax in melting diffusers. I never have that issue with bath and body works.

  Agreed!! I love the scents but they burn unevenly and the wicks burn down.

   Ditto to both comments above. The capri volcano style was awesome as was a citrus one, but they were both larger, more expensive candles. The papaya jar candle smelled good in the jar but very little throw and one wick always burned out.

   Tj maxx has candles which are better than aldi and around the same price.

  I’ve always had good luck finding candles I like at TJ Maxx. Good variety and price. Saw a post on the Walmart candles recently and tried the “Praline Cheesecake” scent. It has a good throw and is burning evenly and great price! I always stock up on Bath & Body work candles when they have the lowest price sale. : )

   I find a lot of brand new candles from bath and body works,white barn,yankee,swan creek in the thrift stores and I figure for 4.99 or under it is so worth the purchase if I like the scent. I have kind of wondered if the candles were unwanted gifts.

   I’m disappointed in Aldi candles. All the candles I’ve tried so far burn unevenly and the wick burns down with lots of leftover wax. I never had such issues with Bath & Body Works candles. I usually buy them during their winter sale… $6 or so per 3-wick candle.
