Pay Your Age Build-A-Bear Tickets Sent Out (Check Your Inbox)
If you entered for the chance to win a Pay Your Age Ticket at Build-a-Bear, now’s the time to check your inbox to see if you received one of those lucky tickets!
Look for an email titled “CONGRATS! Your Pay Your Age Ticket is Inside” coming from buildabear@ebuildabear.com.
If you are one of the lucky recipients, your ticket can be redeemed in store only on the dates as printed on the ticket. It appears the tickets provide you with a 3-day range to use them; for example, June 26th – 29th. Your ticket will allow up to two people to pay their age for a new furry friend!
Both people must be present and redeem their items within the same transaction, limit one furry friend per person. Must present ticket with legible barcode to redeem offer. Ticket not valid on How to Train Your Dragon and Pokémon collections.

I called my local build a bear and they said the dates are suggestions- they will not turn you away if you come during a day that isn’t stated on your coupon however you cannot use after Friday. Might be worth calling if your ticket is for dates that don’t work for you instead of trying to trade.
Thank you so much! It’s up to the store manager apparently. My sister got a ticket for two of my kids and I got a ticket for my other kid, but different dates. We are going tomorrow and hoping they let me use my ticket too! If not, we’ll be back later in the week! My kids are going to be so excited, they are obsessed with build a bears!

Just finished doing this promotion. Got there 10 min after they opened and it wasn’t busy at all! Maybe 3 other families there. Let us do the Bowser from Mario. They did say the dates were firm. They checked ours.

Took my two kids before nap. We were the only ones in there. However, there were plenty of employees if there was a rush. It was a great experience. What a treat for my kids.

FYI if sharing your tickets bc you can’t use yours, forward the email as opposed to screenshotting the coupon. Just used a coupon that someone GRACIOUSLY shared with us and my store made me provide the email that the coupon was issued to before I could use it.
