I just tried to purchase this item with the promo code HIP2ZUFS06 but it did not deduct the shipping cost.
It works on the Stephen Joseph brand ones but not on the wildkin brand.

This is unacceptable. I didn’t think it was really worth 5.99 shipping to get it but after trying HIP code and and seeing that it works on some mats but not others I am really unhappy. I find this totally unacceptable. I order from zulily often and it’s nice to get a break once in a while but this is no break and I won’t be ordering anything as a result.
