Received my second box and itā€™s the only subscription box I see a lot of value in. My husband doesnā€™t even mind I get it. I like that itā€™s not every month!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! So glad to hear your feeback, Seeking!

  2. Mary

Does anyone know if you can cancel the membership at any time? I do not want to have to stay committed to something if I do not like what I receive and be charged for extra products I don’t need. Thanks!

    • kharrington

Yes, you can. I ended my subscription becuase I was getting a TON of similar products and the other things I did get I wouldn’t generally buy. I still have several things that I never used! I just went in and canceled, no issues.

      • Mary

Appreciate you taking the time to reply and letting me know. Thank you!!

  3. Lily

I ordered this box and it only let me pick 3 products. Do I get just those 3 products or all the products listed here?
    Does any one know?

    • Vanessa

So each season you get to pick about 5 different items you want in your box, from a little multiple choice style quiz. Everything else comes standard in the box. For instance in this summer box everyone got the purple clay mask, the hair ties, the whish foot mask, and the rose facial spray.

  4. L

I am tempted to order, but am hesitant because of so many of the negative customer service reviews and many reviews saying this company was a bit of a scam. I imagine this has a lot to do with expectations, right? Youā€™ll get some stuff that youā€™ll use, youā€™ll get some stuff you wonā€™t. Positive or negative experience comments would help me! Thank you H2S community!

    • swilson86*!

I was hesitant to get the box too and I had been looking to get it for a few years, just to try it out. Honestly, it is like you said, some stuff you will like, some stuff you will not like. I do not wear make up, so I make sure not to pick stuff that has to do with make-up. I actually sold two setting sprays to one of my sorority sisters who does wear makeup and it was no biggie. I also gave away items that I know I would not use to a local store. I just keep in mind that I am able to cancel the subscription when it no longer suits me and it is just a fun treat for myself. šŸ™‚

      • L

        Thank you for the reply!

    • Vanessa

The box definitely has some duds in it, but I think the best part about subscribing is being able to participate in the add on sales that also happen seasonally. They have 100ā€™s of products at about 70% off, ranging from home decor, beauty, makeup, hair, fashion, and accessories, Basically anything you can think of they have. It can definitely be dangerous on the wallet.

      • L

Thanks! Ultimately, I decided to try it. I had a visa gift card that I used, so I feel a little bit better about my concerns about it being a scam, and I set myself a reminder to cancel the subscription. This way I will be able to see for myself and the 40% discount helped.

        • shop4mybabies

it’s not a scan as far as it exists, they charge you what they are supposed to, they send the box, and it’s easy to cancel. For me, I liked 2 things out of the box. So it wasn’t a deal, though I guess I did give two nice gift bags from the stuff in it that I knew others would like

    • Jen

I have gotten a few boxes now with my subscription and I love it! For the price you pay ……… I keep a few products for myself and choose other things I know family or friends would like and put it in my gifts stash! I get the stuff for a deal and they think Iā€™m awesome! Plus, as mentioned the add on sales can be super!

  5. Kyuu

Buyer beware: apparently FFF has a massive shipping backlog for current members/orders and their warehouse is closed from shipping more order until at least July 9th. If you order this now, don’t expect this to get to you before late July and for this to be a problem if you continue with the service.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thank you so much for the heads up, Kyuu!

  6. Maite

I think this is one of the best beauty boxes in the market, even at full price. The items are amazing and if you were to purchase them it would probably set you back at least $200 if not more. Even if you do not use all the items, you could gift them!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh awesome! Thanks for the great review, Maite! Super glad you have been pleased with your beauty boxes!

  7. Danielle

I have been receiving this box for several years. Do I love everything, no. I do however regift a lot of it. You can signup yearly as a select member and you get to customize more things than others. (This May have changed and I just donā€™t remember.) They do have some shipping issues where it seems that people on the west coast get their items way before others, but it always shows up. I love being able to get add-ons of stuff I want to try but donā€™t want to pay too much for. I usually get a few free boxes to send to friends. They are not the normal boxes, but contain a few items and you just pay the shipping. If anyone would like one, either leave your email here or send it to me. tbsigma94 at msn.com

  10. Stacey

Can you skip a delivery or is the only option to cancel?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hi Stacey! It looks like Annual Members are able to skip once per season and grab a $45 credit towards their next purchase –

“If you would like to skip your next box, please log in to your FabFitFun dashboard and skip using the “My Subscription and Orders” page. Once skip is closed for the season, you will be requesting a skip for the following season. After one box is skipped, you will continue receiving your remaining prepaid boxes until the end of your annual term. Skipping a season does not cancel your subscription.”

You can find more on that in the FAQ section.

      Hope that helps!

I have had a subscription for over a year and every box is like Christmas!! As a mom of 5 (1 with severe special needs) I never have the time or take the time to pamper myself. This has been a fun way to treat myself with luxurious things that I would never buy myself normally! I have loved it all. Another awesome thing is you can go through each category before it ships and narrow down your option or choice in each category so you ensure you get something you like. Or if you prefer to be surprised you can do that too! Anyway if you decide to try it…it would be such a blessing if you tried it through my link!

I dont see the sip cup in your list but it’s in the photos so I am confused. No sip cup?

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

That was the last box I got. This list is current of the things you get in the next box. That means no Sip cup this time. Hope this helps, Barbara!

  22. Susan

I have subbed off and on to FFF for years. For $30, you can’t beat it. I say it every season, but this is one of the best ones yet! I have an annual sub (birthday gift each year from my husband). The add ons can get expensive, but I’ve also been able to buy nice pieces of jewelry and makeup for my nieces for birthday and Christmas.

For me, the whish foot mask or the purple face mask pays for it, and the rest is icing on the cake. We buy for like 21+ kids (15 nieces and nephews) for birthday and Christmas and a dozen or more adults through the year.

I should have free boxes to send. You have to pay s&h, but I think that is less than ten bucks. The value of the trial box is at least $50 I think. I can’t remember what other people have received lately.

I was under the impression you could choose the either or items in your box but when I go to sign up I can’t find anything about it. Is that not an option for a first time subscriber? I would really like to pick between some of the items.
