Stand by Me is an amazing movie. I have noticed at the beginning of summer just about every year for the last several years this movie airs on the CW and even though I own it on DVD I still sit down and watch it. The nostalgia hits me every time. I loved River Phoenix he was such an amazing actor his performance is kind of haunting.
