Help! I have signed up for these emails multiple times, ordered from them online, and sent an email to customer service and i am still NOT receiving promotions. I have used two different email addresses to see if one wasn’t working, checked spam/junk folder, etc.
Any thoughts/advice?
I have some advice, NAB. I have had the same issues. I finally went into the store and the associate helped me. She just started all over and did it in-store and it finally worked! It took a few weeks for them to start. Prior to that, I had signed up online, used different emails and sent emails to customer service. Hope this helps!
The coupon is on my app also. My bath and body works app.
I went to our bath & body today and they had Frosted Cranberry and a Driftwood candle for 75% off, I bought 5 frosted cranberry and 1 Blueberry Pie= 41.10 used the 10.00 off 40.00 paid 31.10 so I got the 5 frosted cranberry for 4.63 each and paid 7.95 for the blueberry pie.
