I’ve been having major problems with the Walgreens digital coupons! Just this evening, I went to get the Vanity Fair napkins deal and the Tic Tac deal…neither coupon worked. Also, I noticed that the napkins rang up at $2.99/pack and I know for a fact the price tag said $2.29/pack. I’m going to call corporate Monday to discuss this issue with them. Is anyone else having any problems with digital coupons in the Walgreens app?
yes and the remedy for me was that make sure cashier taps the payment key at checkout-also have them scan your card in your app instead of entering your phone number.

Often my digital coupons don’t come off either and of course you can’t tell until the transaction is done. I agree, it’s a frustration.
TOTALLY!! I’m calling Walgreens Customer Service tomorrow so they can hopefully somehow manually apply my digital coupons and/or correct my receipt…if I’m not mistaken, I think $3.75 in digital coupons should have come off of my purchase. To make matters worse, I bought 4 packs of Vanity Fair Napkins (90 count) @ $2.29/pkg which were BOGO, and they rang up as $2.99/pkg. That’s another $1.40 that they overcharged me. How does that even happen! $3.75 + $1.40 = $5.15 they owe me. So frustrating! Sorry…thx for letting me vent. Have a great week!!
