Starting September 1st and through November 2nd, Disney Parks will be offering extra Magic Hours for guests staying at Disney Resort hotels! Just show your park admission and hotel ID to access the parks early!
This Extra Magic Hour benefit is available to guests of Disney Resorts, Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Shades of Green Resort, Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels, Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando.
Use this Extra Magic Hour benefit to access Disney’s Hollywood Studios from 6AM-9AM including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge! Or head to Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park and Magic Kingdom park and get early access from 7AM-8AM!
Disney Resorts guests also receive early access to Disney FastPass+ planning up to 60 days before you arrive and free MagicBands! You’ll also receive resort transportation, themed pools, outdoor Disney movie screenings and so much more!

How do you get the discount for teachers and school staff?
This has been a benefit for guests staying at Disneyland Resort for some time. It’s called Extra Magic Hour. For every night you stay at one of the on site resorts, you get into the designated park an hour before it opens to the general public (alternating days between Disneyland and Cal Adventure). Also, if you buy a 3+ day ticket, you also get one hour early admission for one of those days and that’s called Magic Morning.
The 1 hour has been in place for years but this is 3 hours extra instead of 1
You can now enter the park at 6am.

Aww we will miss it. Going August 26 – Sept 1 (leaving the 1st). Oh well… lol we will be so tired with 3 kiddos…probably couldn’t get going that early anyway! 🤪
