I have had a roadie for 2 years. I call it my refrigerator for the car. Water bottles, lunchables, cheese sticks. We pack it in the am with the 4lb ice pack and have food all day without having to stop while out.

This thing is heavy when full. Not easy to transport. Gave it to my hubs for his work truck cooler as I much prefer the Yeti soft side. It’s much easier to handle.
Is this ($119 after promo) the best price anyone has seen on the Roadie? I’m not familiar with/ don’t keep up with sales on these because they are expensive; but I know my husband reallllllly wants one. Is this an “okay deal” or a “cheaper than I’ve ever seen” deal?
I know a lot of people love their Yeti’s but we have one of those hardshell ones, no clue what it’s called, and we hate it. My boyfriend was given it as a gift several years ago, so it didn’t cost him any money, but it does not keep ice. We always take food on road trips and it does not keep ice for more than a couple of hours. We have to make sure to pack all of our food in water tight containers or baggies so when the ice melts, before we arrive at our destination, our food isn’t soaked!
I’m wondering if you had one that malfunctioned as Yeti’s hardshell products are amazing. They do come with a warranty and it may be worth giving them a call, Mackyjane!
Does anyone know if this Yeti cooler they are selling is a knock off? I am reading nothing but bad reviews about the company Woot.com and how they do not stand behind what they sell. Most of the reviews are people not getting what they paid for. I now wish I did more research before I saw this deal and purchased. Too good to be true? I would love to hear from anyone who has bought from them before.
