Has anyone else had problems with Amazon delivery since they’ve started to switch to independent drivers? Within the past week, I’ve had one order delivered to a neighbor down the street and another that will simply not be arriving for a reason that Amazon couldn’t explain (sounds like it could have been a shortage of drivers). I’m lucky my neighbor is honest and brought it over…I checked the delivery details and there’s even a photo of the package sitting on the neighbor’s porch.
Not a fan of the independent drivers either. I just feel like some people don’t really care they just want a paycheck. amazon has always been top notch with service, in my opinion, so why would they want to compromise that reputation.
