Is this a good deal? I’ve never cruised before and have been wanting to take one to St. Thomas, but have no idea what a good price would be; or how to even really plan one.

Amy, I would research the ports you want, the departure port you want (St Thomas is mostly ships starting in Florida and Puerto Rico) and budget. Remember that the listed price typically does NOT include port fees ($100-$300 per person) nor gratuities (about $50–$100 per person).

      Hope that helps

      Amy,
We used to think that around $100/day is a good price. Now with all their specials they run you can grab one for $50 or less sometimes making it an absolute steal in my opinion. When you calculate out the price of lodging, fine dining entertainment and destination – it’s definitely the best way to travel. We love cruising!
